Gaurav Arora

Gaurav Arora is the Executive Director of Investment Banking at UBS, specializing in merger and acquisition, private placement, and structured finance. Previously, Gaurav held key roles in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Jefferies, where significant contributions included the preparation of pitch documents and valuation models. Earlier in their career, Gaurav was a Manager at ICICI Bank, instrumental in establishing the Distressed Asset Securitization practice in India and successfully sourcing over US$ 1,000 million in securitizations. Gaurav holds a Master in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business.
