Gavin Li is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electronic trading and systems engineering. Currently serving as Director and Instrumentation & Linux Engineering Lead at UBS since January 2024, Gavin has a solid background that includes roles as VP of Electronic Trading Systems Engineering at Credit Suisse and VP of Specialized Electronic Trading Infrastructure at Morgan Stanley. Prior experiences include positions at BNY Mellon as a VP Ansible Automation Engineer and multiple roles at Credit Suisse focused on low latency electronic trading monitoring and market data services. Gavin began the career as a Market Information & Data Analyst at Moore Capital Management. Educationally, Gavin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College, earned between 2011 and 2013.
