They have successfully led numerous strategic transformations, spin-offs, and restructuring projects across 19 countries, showcasing their skills in product management, finance, and operations. Previously, Gian held key positions at UBS Swiss Financial Advisers AG and UBS Asset Management AG, where they directed client services and spearheaded sustainable investment initiatives. They earned a Master's degree in Economics from Universität Zürich and an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, along with completing the Advanced Executive Program at the SFI Swiss Finance Institute.
