Grace Carroll

Grace Carroll is a global security professional currently serving as the C&ORC IB Americas Business Manager at UBS. A senior at Middlebury College, Grace has a BA candidate degree in International and Global Studies. Previous experience includes internships in crisis management and nonproliferation, as well as roles at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and Pratt & Whitney. Grace's skills encompass missile modeling, social media analysis, and intelligence briefing, aiding their mission to address geopolitical and cyber threats creatively and compassionately. Outside of work, Grace enjoys code-cracking, classical piano, and spending time with their golden retriever, Hermione.
