Gregory Ek is an experienced design leader with 25 years of expertise in client-centric strategies and design-led innovation across global financial institutions and technology firms. Previously, they held the role of Design Center of Expertise Lead at ING, where they shaped high-performing design teams and enhanced omnichannel banking experiences. Presently, Gregory serves as the CX and Design CoE Lead at UBS. They have also contributed to companies like Microsoft, Samsung Electronics, and Nokia in various leadership roles, consistently focusing on user experience and quality assurance. Educated in Computer Science, Gregory continues to expand their skills in communication services at IUT de Laval.
