At UBS, Gretchen advanced to the role of Director, and at Credit Suisse, from August 2013 to December 2016, roles included Assistant Vice President - Project Manager for the client reference data change team, Vice President - Strategy & Business Architecture, and Project Manager for the asset servicing change team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan University, an MBA from Marist College, and an Associate's degree from Dutchess Community College.
