Hayley Marsh

Hayley Marsh is currently the EMEA Workplace Head and RES Head for the UK and Northern Europe at UBS, where they also serve as the Credit Suisse Integration Lead for EMEA. Their extensive experience includes roles such as Global Real Estate Transformation Head at Credit Suisse and Assistant Director at Deloitte, specializing in real estate consulting. Previously, Marsh held significant positions at EDF Energy and Ramboll, where they focused on sustainability and renewables. They earned their Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UCL and are pursuing Chartered Engineer status at the Energy Institute.
