Helen Jacobs

Helen Jacobs is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in the media, hospitality, and finance industries. Currently serving as the Director of HR at UBS, Helen advises and coaches managers throughout the employee lifecycle while driving key HR initiatives. Previously, Helen held influential HR roles at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK and Bass Hotels & Resorts, where they focused on employee relations, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives. Helen has been recognized for their efforts in employee engagement and was awarded the annual company Diversity Award in 2003. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
