J. Hayden Yoder is currently the Head of Correspondent Bank AML Surveillance at UBS, where they lead a team focused on enhancing anti-money laundering practices and regulatory compliance. In 2023, J. Hayden was promoted to Associate Director, reflecting their commitment to excellence and team development. Previously, J. Hayden served as a Senior Care Coordinator at LTCG, where they spearheaded investigations and implemented fraud prevention policies. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Criminal Justice at Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Purdue University.
