Jaclyn Barnao

Jaclyn Barnao is the Managing Director and Head of Americas Litigation at UBS, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Jaclyn served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Litigation and Investigations at Credit Suisse from 2011 to 2023, and worked as an Associate at Shearman and Sterling from 2006 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Jaclyn was a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of International Trade from 2007 to 2009. Jaclyn earned a BA in Philosophy-Politics-Law and English from Binghamton University in 2003 and a JD from Georgetown Law in 2006.
