James Augir is the Executive Director of Unified Global Alternatives Product Development and Management at UBS, where they originate, develop, and structure private equity, real estate, private credit, and hedge fund vehicles for a substantial alternative investments platform. Prior to joining UBS in 2015, they served as Executive Director and Product Manager for Alternative Investments at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management from 2005 to 2015, focusing on the launch of real estate investment funds. Additionally, James held the position of Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at Strategic Resources Corporation from 1998 to 2005, where they successfully expanded the investor base and drove growth for a Luxembourg-listed real estate fund. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Equity Capital Markets Associate at NatWest Markets from 1995 to 1997, managing a range of syndicate activities for various transactions. James is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics at Babson College.
