Jan Rösser

Jan Rösser is an executive director and program manager with over 20 years of international experience in the financial services and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Program Manager Migration Factory at UBS, Jan has previously held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse and Dresdner Bank, where they led substantial finance transformation initiatives and compliance operations. Jan’s expertise includes driving strategic change programs related to process and technology, maximizing operational efficiencies, and managing large-scale program deliveries across multinational organizations. They hold a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Fulda.
