Jan Thomas Meyer

Jan Thomas Meyer is an experienced CX leader currently serving as the Head of CX Research & UX Lab at Credit Suisse, with over seven years of expertise in user-centered technology. They have a robust academic background, holding a Doctor of Science from ETH Zurich in Rehabilitation Engineering, as well as a Master's degree in Health Science and Technology. Jan has previously contributed to renowned organizations such as UBS, Accenture, and the Swiss Armed Forces, and has also worked as a teaching and research assistant at ETH Zurich.
