Jaydeep Taralkar has over 18 years of experience in various technology roles, specializing in systems administration, Hadoop architecture, and platform strategy. Starting as an ES engineer Solaris at Wipro Infotech, Jaydeep progressed to positions at Persistent Systems and Barclays, where responsibilities included system administration and leading Hadoop builds and automation. At Florida Blue, Jaydeep served as a Hadoop Architect & Developer Consultant, focusing on stakeholder management and cloud integration. Currently, as Executive Director at UBS, Jaydeep drives strategic initiatives, building on a robust background that includes a Senior Vice President role at Credit Suisse, where machine learning solutions and data platform development were key areas of focus. Educationally, Jaydeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University, a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Satara Polytechnic, and a Master's in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
