Jess Eagel is the Head of US Flow Rates Trading at UBS, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Jess served as the Head of Global Inflation Linked Strategy and worked in US Inflation Trading at UBS. From 2015 to 2018, Jess was a Quantitative Research Analyst and later a Portfolio Manager at MEAG New York Corporation. Earlier experience includes working as a Quantitative Analyst aligned with the Global Macro Strategy Team at Société Générale from 2012 to 2015, where Jess developed risk arbitrage programs and risk analytic tools. Jess holds a Master of Science in Mathematics in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
