Joanna Karniewicz

Joanna Karniewicz is currently the Head of Payroll EMEA SMC and has an extensive background in HR Services, Payroll, and Project Management. They began their career as a Lector of English and Translator at the School of Foreign Languages Happy Hours from 2008 to 2012. Joanna then advanced through several roles at HP, culminating in a Senior HR & Payroll Administration Specialist position where they won awards for innovation and training. Their leadership experience continued with positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and they are set to take on significant roles at UBS and Credit Suisse in payroll management. Joanna holds a Master of Arts in English Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies, along with a postgraduate degree in Project Management.
