Joel Tan

Joel Tan, CFA, is a Credit Strategist at UBS, where they research Asian corporate and financial credits as part of the Chief Investment Office. They previously served as a Fixed Income Research Analyst at Credit Suisse, focusing on Southeast Asian markets, and as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Lumen Capital Investors, co-managing the Carret Lumen Emerging Market Bond Fund. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Fixed Income Specialist at Julius Baer and completed a Wealth Management Internship at Standard Chartered Bank. Joel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing further studies at the Sauder School of Business at The University of British Columbia.
