John H. Decker

John H. Decker is the Managing Director and Vice Chairman at UBS Americas, where they leverage over three decades of experience in the financial services industry to coach Financial Advisors in meeting client needs and achieving business goals. They began their career in 1972 at M.H. Siegfried and Co. as a broker, later serving as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager at Bache and Co. before moving to Sussex Securities as a Partner and Senior Managing Director. Since joining UBS in 1986, John has established decision-making autonomy at the branch level, empowering clients and advisors alike. They graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree from Graceland University in 1972 and have also served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
