John K. is currently the APAC Head of Transfer Pricing at UBS, overseeing extensive transfer pricing operations across various industries. Prior to this role, John was an Independent Consultant and held positions as Special Counsel and Partner at KPMG, as well as Partner at Ernst & Young ShinNihon. With nearly 20 years of international experience in Asia, John has engaged with multiple tax authorities while specializing in transfer pricing documentation, planning, controversy, and audit defense across diverse sectors. John completed their education at Kobe University and continues to enhance their expertise in transfer pricing and business advisory.
