John Osborne

John Osborne, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in equity research. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at UBS since February 2017, John specializes in fundamental research on consumer, industrial, and media equities, collaborating with senior management and portfolio boards to enhance business fundamentals and ESG outcomes. Prior to this role, John was an Analyst at Artisan Partners from January 2012 to August 2016, focusing on the Industrial, Media, and Energy sectors. John’s career began at Pentair, where various roles were held from 2003 to 2011. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (2009-2011) and a BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Richmond (1999-2003). Additionally, John pursued programming education at Stevens Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan School of Information between 2018 and 2020.
