John Schwantner

John Schwantner is currently the Associate Director of Talent & Development at UBS, where they began their career in 2020 as a Program Manager after completing the Graduate Training Program in Human Resources. They graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2019 with a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, complemented by a minor in Human Resource Management. Previously, John gained diverse experience in roles such as a Recruitment & Business Development Specialist at ATC Healthcare, and Human Resources Intern at both E&S Home Care Solutions, LLC and Sionic Advisors. Additionally, John worked in various service-oriented positions, including as a Server & Driver at Sorrento’s Restaurant & Pizzeria and a Sales Associate at CVS Pharmacy.
