Johns Varghese is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Business Manager to the Head of Banking IT at UBS Bank USA. They have led various governance functions in global financial and technology organizations and possess extensive experience in program management, regulatory compliance, and business process improvement. Previously, Johns held positions at Citi and JPMorgan Chase, where they managed critical programs related to Basel regulations and capital stress tests.
