Jon Waters

Jon Waters is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Director of Credit Risk Review at UBS since February 2023, Jon oversees credit risk for a diverse range of institutional and consumer credit products and leads independent reviews of UBS and legacy Credit Suisse portfolios. Prior to this role, Jon held various leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, including Vice President of Wealth Management Risk and Wealth Management Credit, where responsibilities encompassed managing high net worth credit products and overseeing risk metrics. Jon's career began at UBS, where significant contributions were made as a Credit Risk Officer and Financial Analyst. Jon's educational background includes a Masters in Finance from London Business School and an MBA from the University of Utah.
