Jonathan Russo has a diverse background in application support and leadership within the finance and technology sectors. Notably, Jonathan served as the EMEA Reference Data and CLM Lead at UBS from February 2018 to March 2022 and later as Crew Product Lead for the reconciliation platform in June 2023. Prior to these roles, Jonathan worked as the Global Head of Application Support at Capgemini and as a Production Support Lead at IGATE. Early career experience includes serving as a PAYP Co-ordinator for Rising Tide Trust and as an Application Support Analyst at Broadridge. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lancaster University and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kingston University.
