Jonathan Tobias is currently the Head of Reward Asset Management at UBS, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Jonathan served as a Compensation Analyst at Credit Suisse from 2008 to 2024, supporting the Wealth Management and Asset Management divisions. They began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank from 2005 to 2007, following their role as a Community Advisor at the University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2004. Jonathan earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
