Jos van der Loo

Jos van der Loo is an experienced professional in information security and data management, currently serving as a Director at UBS since December 2014, where responsibilities include roles such as CISO - CDC and leading the Client Data Confidentiality Design Authority for both APAC and EU GDPR implementation. Prior to UBS, Jos worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Switzerland, focusing on CIO Strategy, and as a Business IT Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where expertise in Oracle Solutions and Program Leadership was developed. Early career experience includes positions as a Webdeveloper at LuMomm ICT Solutions and an Application Specialist for PPM Software at REAAL Verzekeringen, along with internships that provided foundational skills in project management and database development. Jos holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor in Business Information Technology from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies.
