Starting as a Marketing Officer at Unilever from 2003 to 2005, Joyce then held the position of AVP in Segment Marketing at DBS Bank from May 2007 to November 2011. Following this role, Joyce served as VP and Section Head of Marketing Planning for VIP Customer Segment at HangSeng Bank from December 2011 to June 2017. Currently, Joyce is a Director of Wealth Management Marketing at UBS, a position held since June 2017.
