Juned Javed

Juned Javed is an experienced Scaled Agile/Agile Coach and Digital Transformation Leader, currently serving as an Agile Coach at UBS since 2022. Previously, Juned held the position of Agile Coach - Principal Consultant at Infosys and worked as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Product Owner at Etisalat from 2003 to 2019. With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Pune University and a background as a Java Developer and Software Engineer, Juned has developed a strong expertise in coaching teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Juned's coaching philosophy emphasizes people-centric methodologies that drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across organizations.
