Justyna Gorczyca

Justyna Gorczyca has extensive experience in logistics and project management, with a career spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting as a Geodesist at COMPASS in 2013, Justyna transitioned to a leadership role as President of the Board of European Students of Technology, where skills in team management and corporate relations were developed. Subsequent positions included Order Management Senior Specialist and Project Coordinator at Capgemini, where Justyna managed teams and client relationships. At Shell, the role of Business Compliance Officer involved monitoring logistics spend and collaborating with various stakeholders for operational efficiency, followed by a position as PLM Project Coordinator focused on product introduction within the B2C portfolio. Currently, Justyna serves as Business Manager at UBS and holds a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie.
