Kai Ching Ho has extensive experience in event management and human resources, having worked with prominent firms such as Citi and UBS. At Citi, Kai contributed to talent retention and diversity initiatives, while also managing programs for the Institutional Clients Group. Subsequently, at UBS, Kai held dual roles leading event marketing and spearheading digital transformation efforts across Asia Pacific. Currently, Kai is pursuing a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW, following completion of the International Baccalaureate at Chinese International School.
