Karl earned an Executive MBA focusing on Strategy and Business Transformation from Henley Business School and has contributed to various consulting projects, enhancing operations across multiple sectors, including air transport and telecommunications. They began their career with a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Hull and have developed a strong background in corporate communications and crisis management.
