Karolina Wajda

Karolina Wajda served in various financial and management roles, including as a Senior Credit Controller and Global Process Model Analyst at Capgemini from 2008 to 2012. They later held positions at UBS from 2016, where they focused on HR transformation, service management, and global sourcing as a Business Manager. Karolina began their career as a PA and Public Relations Specialist before transitioning to advertising and communication leadership roles. They earned a degree in Oriental Studies and Linguistics from Jagiellonian University between 1998 and 2004.
