Karsten Kirchgessner

Karsten Kirchgessner is an experienced professional in the field of risk management and internal auditing, currently serving as Executive Director, Senior Audit Manager, and Head of Internal Audit Model Risk at UBS Europe SE since July 2019. Prior to this role, Karsten held positions at Helaba as Head of Model Risk Audit and Risk Controller for Operational Risk, as well as working as a Management Consultant in Risk Management at Accenture. Earlier experience includes internships at Deutsche Bank, Allianz, and Bosch, contributing to a diverse background in consulting and engineering.
