Karsten Schmitt

Karsten Schmitt is currently the Head Workplace Experience in Switzerland, building on a robust career in workplace strategy and real estate. They have held significant roles as Head of Space & Workplace Strategy at UBS and as Head of Strategy+ in Germany at AECOM. Previously, Karsten was a founder and director for workplace strategy at DEGW and worked as a real estate consultant at Schnell & Partner. They earned a degree in Corporate Real Estate Management from IREBS Immobilienakademie and previously completed a diploma in Architecture from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg.
