Ketan Patel

Ketan Patel is currently the Head of EMEA Electronic Trading Risk Management at UBS, where they oversee risk management for electronic trading across various assets. Ketan previously held positions as an Equities Electronic Trading Risk Manager at UBS and a Fixed Income COO at HSBC, demonstrating a strong background in risk management within the finance sector. They began their career as an Equity Derivatives Trader at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and have worked as a Risk Management Consultant at KPMG and EY. Ketan also volunteered at BAPS Charities, where they focused on developing leadership initiatives for young Hindus in Europe. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Bristol, graduating with the highest distinction in their cohort.
