Kong Feifei

Kong Feifei is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the financial industry, adapting seamlessly to both multinational corporations and local Chinese firms. They served as an HR Graduate Trainee at Deutsche Bank from 2010 to 2011, where they excelled in a global program. Kong was a founding HR member at China Renaissance Securities from 2016 to 2019, focusing on building the HR foundation and overseeing recruitment efforts. They also held various HR roles at UBS between 2011 and 2019, contributing to strategic growth and significant projects, and currently serves as an HR Business Partner. Kong holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from China Foreign Affairs University.
