Lander Casado

Lander Casado has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security, currently serving as Director of Cyber & Information Security at UBS since 2019. Prior to this role, Lander held various positions at UBS from 2011 to 2018, including Head of EMEA Security Operations Center and IT Security Specialist. Lander's earlier career includes working as an IT Consultant at the European Central Bank from 2010 to November 2011, and involvement in research and development at Chalmers University of Technology in 2008-2009, where Lander authored ContikiSec. Academic credentials include a Master's Thesis in Computer Science and Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Telecommunications Engineering from Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
