Laura Davis, M.Ed., is an experienced Learning & Development Manager specializing in Talent Development and Leadership Management. With a background that includes roles as Assistant Director of Training & Quality at UBS and Instructional Leader & Executive Principal at Deer Isle-Stonington High School, Laura has demonstrated expertise in creating engaging adult learning environments and strategic planning. Previous positions include coaching for the National School Reform Faculty and serving as a staff assistant in both the U.S. Congress and the United States Senate. Laura is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
