Laurent Steiner

Laurent Steiner is an experienced professional in M&A Advisory, currently serving as Executive Director at UBS since January 2014. With a strong background in valuation, modeling, and process experience across leveraged buyouts, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and M&A, Laurent has held various roles including Director, Associate Director, Associate, and Analyst. Notable transaction experience includes serving as Lead Analyst on Sunrise's CHF2 deal. Prior to UBS, Laurent completed internships at UBS and worked as a part-time Analyst at LNG Capital LLP and an Analyst at SWM Asia Limited, providing analytical reports on the Asian macroeconomic environment. Laurent holds a Master of Science in Finance and Private Equity from The London School of Economics and a Master's in Economics and Ethics from Université de Fribourg. Additional educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne and recognition through the St Gallen Wing of Excellence Award.
