Lawrence Sugarman

Lawrence Sugarman is currently the EMEA Head of Sector Sales at UBS, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Sugarman worked as a marketing analyst in global telecoms at UBS Investment Bank from 2013. They also served as Managing Director and Head of Telecoms Research at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2011 to 2012 and as Director, Head of Telecom Research at ING from 2009 to 2011. Sugarman began their career as an auditor at Stoy Hayward from 1990 to 1994 and later spent 15 years as a Director at Dresdner Kleinwort. They hold a degree in Modern History and Economics from The University of Manchester, which they completed between 1987 and 1989.
