Lee Cooper is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning over two decades, specializing in digital transformation in finance and telecom. Currently serving as the Executive Director at UBS, Lee leads the development of a trading platform on Microsoft Azure, while mentoring the engineering team. Previously, Lee held significant roles at Credit Suisse, Trafigura, and Standard Chartered Bank, where they spearheaded the modernization of systems and large-scale project implementations. Lee began their career at British Telecom and has also contributed to academia as a visiting lecturer at Kingston University. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kingston University.
