Lee Hughes

Lee Hughes has extensive experience in financial management and regulatory analysis, starting as a Financial Controller at Barclays Investment Bank from September 1995 to April 2001. After that, Lee served as a Regulatory Analyst at West LB AG from May 2001 to June 2006. From July 2006 to March 2010, Lee worked as a Global RWA Controller at UBS Investment Bank, focusing on OTC Derivatives. Since March 2010, Lee has held the position of Director - Global Treasury & Capital at UBS AG, where responsibilities include managing global functional change related to Basel 3 and IFRS9, overseeing a team of Business Analysts and Quality Assurance professionals, and creating business requirements for capital and regulatory reporting.
