Len Geofroy

Len Geofroy is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Talent and Culture for Global Wealth Management and the Americas Region at UBS since September 2023. Previously, Len held the position of Global HR Head for Investment Banking Capital Markets at Credit Suisse from January 2020 to September 2023. Len's extensive career at CIBC spanned from 2011 to 2020, where roles included Managing Director of Human Resources for International operations and Senior Director overseeing U.S. and Asia Pacific Regions. Len also contributed to RBC Capital Markets as Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2010 to 2011, and at CIBC World Markets as Director of Human Resources for Talent Management in Wholesale Banking from 2006 to 2010. Len holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from Brock University.
