Leonardo Olmos, CFA, is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in equity research and analysis within the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors in Latin America. Currently serving as Executive Director and Deputy Head of Brazil Research at UBS since June 2020, Leonardo supports strategic decision-making and client engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Leonardo held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Banco Santander Mexico, Grupo Santander Brasil, Banco J Safra, Itau Securities, and Itau BBA, accumulating experience as a lead analyst and sales trader. Educational credentials include an Executive Program in Venture Capital from the University of California, Berkeley, a specialization in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Bachelor in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a high school diploma from COC Santos.
