Liam McElroy

Liam McElroy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT audit and risk management, currently serving as the Global Head of Cyber Risk and Maturity at UBS since March 2001. With a robust background that includes leadership roles such as Global Head of Core Technology Audit and Global Head of IT Infrastructure Services Audit, Liam has successfully directed and managed teams of global IT audit professionals, developed annual IT audit plans, and enhanced issue assurance processes. Prior to UBS, Liam held the position of Director of IT Audit at Swiss Bank Corporation and served as a Senior IT Auditor at BNY Mellon, in addition to working as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Liam holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Iona University.
