Lisa Golia is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of UBS Financial Services Inc. within GWM US, where they oversee business operations and digital transformation in Wealth Management Americas. With over 25 years in financial services, Lisa is dedicated to creating an effective operating model that enhances client engagement through digital solutions. Prior to joining UBS, Lisa served as Head of Wealth Management Strategic Services at Morgan Stanley and held various roles, including Chief Administrative Officer of Field Management. Lisa began their career at Morgan Stanley in 1999 as a sales assistant and was recognized in Crain’s New York Business 2021 list of Notable Women on Wall Street for their achievements and commitment to mentoring. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Manhattanville College School of Business with a 4.0 GPA.
