Liv Bahner

Liv Bahner is a Senior Legal Counsel with extensive experience in arbitration, investigations, and litigation. Previously, they held positions as an Associate and Senior Associate at Bratschi Ltd., and as an Associate at DLA Piper, where they focused on similar areas of law. Liv began their legal career as a Legal Trainee at Taylor Wessing and served as a Foreign Law Clerk to Justice Hanan Melcer at the Supreme Court of Israel, specializing in international law. They also worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Allen & Overy, focusing on antitrust and competition law. Liv's academic credentials include an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center, along with several law degrees from other prestigious institutions.
