Liza Green is an accomplished international social impact leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic philanthropy and foundation development. They co-founded New Day Asia, where they supported grassroots charities across Asia-Pacific, and established the Credit Suisse APAC Foundation to enhance community investment in the region. Liza has held senior positions at Credit Suisse, leading corporate citizenship efforts across 12 countries, and currently serves as the Head of Programs and Optimus, Social Impact & Philanthropy at UBS. Additionally, Liza is a board member for the SDG Impact Finance Initiative and EMpower—The Emerging Markets Foundation. Their education includes an honours degree in French from the University of the Witwatersrand and ongoing studies at the University of Cape Town.
