Lucy Groves

Lucy Groves is currently the Compliance Director at UBS, a role they began in 2023. They have extensive experience in compliance, having held positions at various prestigious institutions including BNP Paribas as a Senior Compliance Officer, Nomura and Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Compliance Officer, and Barclays as a Senior Compliance Manager. Lucy's earlier career includes roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Lehman Brothers. They earned a Master of Arts in Music from the University of Oxford, completing their studies in 2005.
