Lucy Thomas

Lucy Thomas, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in sustainable investing and investment stewardship. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainable Investing at UBS, Lucy has previously held significant roles including Head of Investment Stewardship at NSW Treasury Corporation and Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Willis Towers Watson. Additional experience includes positions as an Investment Consultant at Willis Towers Watson and Investment Analyst at Regal Funds Management, as well as serving as Managing Director at Invest Adriatic. Lucy's educational background includes courses in Exercising Leadership from Harvard Business School Online and completion of the General Manager Program in Organizational Leadership from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
